expected. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and
central, northwest and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 3 PM CST Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.

The National Weather Service at Pleasant Hope is predicting 3"-5" accumulating snow Friday night through Saturday. Dangerously cold wind chills are also possible because of single-digit temperatures behind this system
Saturday night into Sunday.
