downtown lights

There’s only one week left of the festival of lights. I have complained to the city council. I have complained to the newspaper and I know it’s been on this forum as well. The downtown lights on the buildings look terrible. If I was driving through the city, I would never stop because it seems like the city doesn’t care about itself. Can we citizens of Boonville make more of a cry to our council members to get the burned-out lights on the buildings replaced?
